I need to update the blog once a month instead of once every three months. But... July was an ever busy month. We drove to Oregon for the the fourth of July. We drove to Baker City then spent the night and in the morning we went swimming in the pool, which Isabel absolutely loved. She just wanted her Dad to hold her not her Mom. We had lots of fun and somehow we lost one of the toys in the pool. We looked everywhere when we were done swimming and could not find the toy for the life of us. The swimming pool must have eaten it.




After swimming we continued our drive to Portland and met Grandma Pippin and Aunt Heather at the Oregon Zoo. Isabel loved looking at the animals. It was really fun to pet the animals and we had a lot of fun.



After getting to the Pippin house we spent the night and then headed out for some firework fun. Isabel loved being outside and she just played all day while everyone took turns setting up the fireworks and taking breaks in the shade. Mike set up and lit his first firework show ever. He sure did love it!!!! Which makes me so HAPPY!! Isabel went with Grandma Pippin so I could help light some of the show as well. Isabel liked looking at all the colors and the loud noised surprisingly didn't scare her like they normally do.



On the way back from Oregon we stopped at a campground and spent the night in a cabin. It was fun doing some camping. Then the next day we headed back home. We had to stop every couple of hours for Isabel. She hated the car on the way back home.
